Pitta Dosha:

People with Pitta Dosha have oily skin, sharp features and penetrating eyes with moderate weight. These people are found to be highly determined, competitive, courageous, clear communicators with generally problem solving qualities.

When it gets out of balance in the body, problems like diarrhea, fever and functional problems in the liver, spleen and blood infections arises. They remain to be highly intense personality and sharp with tongue.

 Anger, resentment and jealousy are some of the main emotional features.

Kapha Dosha:

Kapha Dosha signifies water and earth elements. Its main characteristics are similar to water.

People with Kapha Dosha tend to have heavy bone structure with supple skin and weak metabolism rate and large body structure.They generally found to be uncomfortable while adapting to different environment and surroundings which are not according to their suitability. Conservatism and stability are the key features in their personality.

Most of them suffer from liver ailments, pain of sinus, depression and lethargy and gains weight at a very high rate.
