Return And Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have designed a straightforward and fair return policy to assist you.
1. General Return Eligibility
You have a 10-day window from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. This means the product must be:
Unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
In its original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
Complete with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
We accept returns for both defective products (e.g., damaged in transit, manufacturing faults) and non-defective products (e.g., you changed your mind).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
Contact Us: To begin the process, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Choose Your Method: You have two convenient options for returning your item:
Return By Mail: Securely package the item in its original box. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering any associated shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return In-Store: Bring the item, along with your original proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email), to any of our physical store locations for an on-the-spot return.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in its original, new condition.
Refund Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Fees: We believe in a transparent policy. There are no restocking fees for any eligible return.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For non-defective product returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges for eligible items within the 10-day window. The process is similar to a return:

Return the original item using one of the methods described above.
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will coordinate with you to settle the payment.
