Return And Refund Policy

Ultra Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is trying its best to make its customer’s online experience hassle free and best as possible we can make.
If you’re not satisfied with our products, simply return the unused/unopened bottles within 5 days after receiving your order with its invoice under our return and refund policy.
After receiving the parcel and making out necessary inquiries, you will be provided with price of the product only. Shipping charge is not refundable.
For International Customers:
Please check the Return and Refund Policy with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country.
There will be no refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by custom authority or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refundable except shipping, customs duty and handling charges.
If Custom Authority seizes or confiscates your order and do not return it to Ultra Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., then it is not possible to provide you refund.
For Indian Customers:
We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
There will be no refund if the products are returned in a damaged condition by the customer.
Parcel could be returned due to incorrect details being provided or the parcel not being collected, you will have the option to resend your ordered parcel. Standard shipping charges will be applied to resend the parcel. If you wish to receive a refund, Ultra Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will check the parcel to ensure no damage has taken place and if there is no damage found, you will be provided with refund.

Note: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing of the order.
In such cases refund will be processed through the same mode within 5-7 working days.
