Shipping Charge

Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid orders! For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and will be shown during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your healthcare essentials to you as quickly as possible:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Total Expected Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. These may include:

Public holidays or weekends: Orders placed on or near these times may have extended processing and delivery times.

Weather conditions: Severe weather can impact shipping services.

Unforeseen logistical issues: Occasionally, our shipping partners may experience unexpected delays.

Incorrect Address / Unsuccessful Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to Ultra Healthcare.

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping fees.

If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at karandeep@ultrahealthcare.in.

We will do our best to amend the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery at karandeep@ultrahealthcare.in.

Do not discard the packaging or damaged items until you have heard from us.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office.

If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
