What is Tridosha?
According to the Vedic Science, it is responsible for the constitution & the form of energy present in the human body. Basically, it is the sole basis for the formation of a human body.
How does it constitute the body?
Panch Mahabhutas (5 elements) i.e. air, ether, fire, water and earth helps in forming a human body into its final shape and nature i.e. Manushya sharir Ki Prakriti. With the balance of these elements, a human body can survive its life in a much healthy and better way.
But, whenever the imbalance happens or a person gets in contact with any of the heath issues, it directly indicates the dominance of any one of the dosha’s.
